Welcome to Ian Grant Photography

Thank you for checking in on our blog! My name is Ian and I'm a photographer in greater the Los Angeles area. That's my wife Tanya over there too- she's great with clients and has a fantastic design and fashion sense. I specialize in Wedding Photography and LA Headshots but you'll often catch me out shooting landscapes and traveling insane distances to visit National Parks in my spare time.

In my wedding photography I like to combine both, so I guess I'm a landscape-wedding photographer. I love long roadtrips and have been all over the US from Rhode Island to California. I enjoy planning far away trips and going over to Europe to drive around aimlessly for an extended amount of time. Tanya and I run Ian Grant Photography out of our beach spot in the Los Angeles suburb of Playa del Rey, CA. Enjoy your stay, and feel free to introduce yourself!

Tres Hermanas Winery Wedding - Jen and John

We met Jen and John just a few short weeks before their wedding and we immediately had a great connection. Jen and John love animals, the outdoors, and most of all, each other. You can see from the way they hold each other that they will always take great care of each other - in fact, Jen knew John was the guy for her when he nursed her back to health after an illness.

This kind of love and caring shined through on their wedding day. After getting ready at Mirabelle Inn in Solvang, Jen and John were married at the Tres Hermanas Winery under a beautiful tree. The details, coordinated by Joy de Vivre, were extra sweet, from a hay bale "sofa" for guests to relax, to rock candy favors. I especially loved the cake topper! Flowers from Florette and a delicious dinner from Pure Joy Catering rounded out the day. Jen and John, thanks for being so wonderful!
