The Hunt Family
One of my favorite things about being a photographer is seeing the evolution of families over time. It's incredibly rewarding to see the families of our clients grow and as the parent of a now 7 week-old (7 weeks! Where did the time go?) I can tell you there's nothing more special than capturing the fleeting moments when children are still young. We were lucky enough to photograph the wedding of Katie and Patrick a few years ago, and since then they've added two lovely children to their family - Madeline and Owen. We've photographed Madeline a few times over the years and it's amazing how much she's changed. When baby Owen was born a few months ago we snapped a bunch of photos as well.
This winter we had the pleasure of shooting the Hunt family again. We headed to the Playa Vista community near the beach for some family photographs. We started off with some shots of the kids together and then added Katie and Pat into the mix. Madeline is now 2 and at that age you never know what you're going to get. Maddy had a mid-shoot snack of strawberries and they quickly got everywhere. Luckily Katie and Pat are very go-with-the-flow parents and were game to shoot with Maddy's strawberry grin. They turned out to be some of our favorite pics. We hope you enjoy as well!
